Kathryn Hale has been working with Carol Audette since 2005 and uses her experience working with Carol to guide her own actions in working with clients. She is honored to be a member of a team that shares the perspective of customer service that she truly believes in. Her #1 focus is on you, the real estate client and what will fulfill a lifelong dream of finding the right home for a buyer or getting a home sold quickly and efficiently for a seller so that they can start a new adventure in their life.
“We have a great team. I love my team. I love going to work in the morning. We all take care of each other. There is such an openness and spirit of cooperation.”
Kathryn credits her success in real estate to her ability to communicate quickly and effectively with her clients. She focuses on being extremely responsive so her clients never need to wonder the answer to a question or where things stand during a real estate transaction.
Kathryn also credits her team as helping to keep this high standard because everyone is keenly focused on customer service and making sure clients needs are being met. Buying and selling real estate is a life changing event — it doesn’t matter the size or the value of the property it has an impact on you and your family and is always my top priority.
“My #1 goal is to educate my buyers on the market and show them as many properties as it takes to be sure they are making the best possible decision when purchasing a new home. For sellers, Pricing their home accurately for the market is key and our goal is to get their home sold quickly and for as much $ as we can to a pre-approved buyer. Communication and updating on market changes and new inventory are first and foremost for our sellers.”
Kathryn Hale, a Vermont native, is an avid fan of Jazzercise and she and her husband, Bruce, spend free time at their cabin in Groton.
